I enjoy it's ease of use and how it's contoured to the hand. All of the accessories are nice. Long battery life too.

I had an older model that had a vacuum built in and I thought it was great at first but then it’d get clogged and have to be cleaned constantly. This new model has a place to catch the trimmings and empty out easily without the extra fuss. This model is also less expensive and works great. I wish the plug wasn’t proprietary but at least it’s usb on the other end. The charging base is a nice touch. I agree with other reviews that the button takes some getting used to since it’s not where my other trimmer’s button was located. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and BestBuy makes it easy with curbside pickup.

I replaced a 25 year old Norelco beard trimmer with this new one and love it. BB was the only place that had it in stock in store. Everywhere else has multigroomers which I wanted the specific beard trimmer. It keeps it trimmed perfect and cuts with ease. Only thing I found was it works better without the whisker catcher. That made a bigger mess than without it. Charges fast too. I hope it lasts half as long as my old one...

I typically don't have much luck buying trimmers I'm satisfied with. This was on sale and very pleased with the purchase. Works well, and appreciate the variety of attachments. Easily does the trick!

Really happy with the hair catcher. Shave is smooth and precise. Still haven't used all the trimmers but excited to try them out. Excellent product for a 59 year old who is trying to minimize the gray beard look.
