So far so good as far as results .Disappointed shaver wasn't wrapped or the razor was protected inside the box. Gave the appearance it was used. From what I understand that's how they are in the box.

Versatile to Use and Easy to Clean

This trimmer has several attachments and features that make it a versatile trimmer for the body and face. I found this useful in the most sensitive of areas as well as quickly getting a trim in on the beard.
My first use for this was actually to prepare for an upcoming procedure. The requirement is to be obviously clean but also clean cut, down to the skin. With that being said, my experience was overall positive. I have a trimmer that I’ve used before to get close to the skin, but not down to the skin, and it’s always a challenge. Skin too loose and you risk the skin getting “bit” by the oscillating teeth, getting the skin tight enough for a trimmer with one hand is its own challenge, depending on the area.
The shaver head has dual trimmer so you can move in both forward and backward directions and still trim hair. I found this useful for trimming my sensitive bits. This was also useful for getting my back and neck, which had different levels of hair growth. It was a bit more challenging to get around looser skin. Luckily you can easily go at it with different angles, the dual shave head lets you work with one hand to stretch the skin while using the trimmer with the other. Honestly, might not be much of a secret to some, but a cold shower helped with the loose skin issue, and since it’s made for wet and dry usage, I was comfortable going straight into using the trimmer after a cold wash. The finished work wasn’t perfect. The area in question is a hard area to get completely hair free and I think it just takes practice, understanding the hair growth direction, and patience. I have a few weeks before my actual appointment, so I’ll let it grow a bit so I don’t irritate the skin, but looking forward to using this instead of the recommended safety razor. Honestly it was probably best to use the trimmer in this area but I’ll save that for the next shave as I try out different things to get the results I’m most comfortable with.
The trimmer head has a lot of versatility. There are three different guards with different length adjustments to control hair growth, all easy to change out as needed. I usually use a trimmer for my side burns going down to my beard, and keep my beard even using a #4 guard, while the sideburns are trimmed to a #2. These are two different heads in my case, and with just a push of the thumb, you can pop off the one you’re done with, and with a snap, put the next one on to touch up the next area. This is true for the shaver and trimmer heads. There’s a nice little eject button that it just pops off, and aligning the small cutout with the eject button, makes putting the next attachment back on easy.
Another attachment I was curious to use was the extension tool for getting the back. The trimmer is placed inside of the attachment. There’s a cutout for the power button so you know you have it the right way. Fold out the arm and use the grip to reach the areas of your back that you otherwise wouldn’t be able to reach. I was able to get a lot of my back, but this is again something I think that will get better with practice. It’s a bit heavy on the razer end and you’re trying to push up and down your own back. I was able to get a good portion of my back on my own, but my wife had to help me with the rest. I feel like with time and practice, I will be able to do this solo.
The final round up for accessories is a nice carrying pouch, a brush for cleaning and a base station for the power cable to plug into. I was disappointed to see that there was no wall adapter for the USB charge cable. I was even more disappointed to see that the cable was USB type A. As a consumer, I want USB type C on everything, even my trimmers.
Cleaning is quick and easy because everything detaches so easily and can be simply rinsed under water for most parts. You can use the included brush to clean off the guards and trimmer head. It is recommended not to use the brush on the shaving head. The rest can be rinsed under water. I avoided getting the main unit wet, but everything else seemed perfectly fine rinsing and letting it air dry.
I’d say if you’re looking to tackle body hair to try and be more well kept, looking for a low maintenance trimmer that can quickly get the job done with less hassle and easy cleaning, this is a great choice. It has very easy to swap attachments, it’s easy to use, and with the dual direction shaver and back attachment, Phillips is trying hard to make sure you can get all of the areas that are important for you to be neat and shaven.

This is a very solid product, that up front, I’ll put my stamp of approval on. There’s maybe some room to improve, things I’d do differently, etc but up front, this gets a passing grade.
Out of the box, I was very pleased with the product. The packaging externally is sleek, modern, and minimalist. The interior is seemingly 100% recycled and recyclable products, all of which are such a no-brainer in 2025. Good on Phillips here.
Inside you’ll find the groomer with attached shave head, a charge base, usb charge cord, a back shaver extension, carrying pouch, a few other adjustment heads, and a very typical, comically large and dated instruction booklet which are very common for Phillips products.
My unit was not charged on arrival so I threw it on the base. The connection on the base just seemed a little… unique? It’s hard to describe, not anything bad but just seemed counter intuitive fwiw. This device has a quick charge feature which means that after 5min of charge, you should be good to go for a shave session. I haven’t used this long enough to drain the battery so I’m not sure how long that’d take but I believe I read it was 1.5ish hours of use.
The pro/con here is that there’s a light on the shaving device which is… modern and high tech compared to what your grandpa and dad used but nobody should be shaving in the dark so I’m not quite sure what purpose this serves besides maybe shedding light on some more… discrete areas. Unfortunately there’s no way to turn the light off so I’m sure it’s killing the charge faster than needed.
When it comes to use, this is very simple. It’s waterproof so go ham in the shower. I used the direct shave portion and while it took a few tries to get the angle right, it did a great job. I always was easily able to switch out the heads, clean them, and tried the intimate head for my… low hanging fruit. This was a close but very safe feeling shave. It’s hard to describe but I really enjoyed the safety, smoothness, and functionality here.
There’s also an aforementioned back shave attachment which basically acts as a 90 degree angle extender so you can shave your back. It’s smart, I’ve never seen it before. I don’t have a hairy back at all so I’d never use it nor could speak to how good of a job it’d do. It also just seems cheap as it’s a hollow piece of plastic, but I still set the extender up with the shave unit and pretended to use it and it seemed fine/plausible.
Lastly, there’s a new feature on here for my eyes, but it’s a travel lock. You hold the power button down for 5 seconds and it locks the power button so you can travel in peace knowing that you won’t arrive at your destination to find the shaver dead cause it got bumped once on the plane.
All said, this product shines with ease of use, no necessary additional app, a quick charge feature, lighting, and pure function.
There’s little to gripe about and nothing that really detracts from the device and for that, I’m excited to continue using and having a close and comfortable shave experience from a well known, eco friendly company. A big thumbs up from me.

Works Well and Easy to Keep Clean

I've been searching for a body groomer that could tackle my sensitive nether regions without the usual drama of irritation or accidental nicks, and the Philips Norelco Bodygroomer 7000 is the best option I have found. I love its dual-head setup that quickly and easily switches between trimming and that close foil shave. The adjustable combs make initial passes a breeze on more coarse longer hair, while the pivoting 2D flexing foil head truly shines for finishing touches. It’s not as smooth as using a more traditional razor but considering how easy and quick this body groomer is to use and how close of a shave it gives it is a more than fair tradeoff. I really love the built in light, it makes it so easy to see exactly what you are doing which brings about a certain peace of mind when you are trimming the most sensitive of sensitive spots.
The rest of the accessories and features are solid as well. The charging station has a small footprint and is easy to place the trimmer on and off. It charges fast and seems to hold the charge just fine. It works and is safe to use in the shower, though I think you get a little better trim if you use it when you first get in and keep the area more dry if you can. The variety of guards is suitable and clean up is super quick and easy. All in all I am (as is my girlfriend!) a big fan of this product.

Awesome wet/dry trimmer for those sensitive areas!

First, what I love about this trimmer is the versatility. It definitely can get in those sensitive areas with the included adapter that can help trim areas you can't reach or see easily like your back or other hard to reach areas. The best part is this trimmer can be used in the shower, wet or dry which is amazing. Make sure you have a screen to catch hair though if you use in your shower so you don't clog drains (I wish they would included something like that in these!). It has a nice charge base and other heads with adjustable trim options so you can customize to suit your preference.
The only negative which I knocked 1 star off for is the lack of an AC adapter. They give you a USB-A adapter cord which is great if you're traveling or have tons of extra adapters but almost all of my adapters now are USB-C adapters, so I had to go buy one for it to charge on the base in the bathroom. All the extra ones I have are used for devices that also didn't come with adapters so now that it seems everyone is going this route you may find yourself looking for one like I did. That said, it does hold a charge so you could actually use it multiple times before you need to charge it again, so this will really depend on the person. I don't know why Philips couldn't just throw in a cheap USB-A AC adapter as most people probably won't have an adapter in their bathroom and most shavers have their own proprietary adapters anyway
Outside of that this thing is awesome, and I'd recommend it! It would be a perfect holiday gift for those guys who may not go outta their way to get one of these.

I have been able to use the Philips Body Groomer for a while now and have been able to use it a few times and have been very pleased with it. In the box you get quite a bit of pieces. You get two main types of trimmer heads. First one being a regular clipper type head with comb guards. A sensitive area guard and an adjustable length comb guard. This allows for versatility when trimming different areas and different lengths. The other trimmer head is a the one you will use for smooth shaving it has a beard shaver foil like trimmer with a clipper like sides to help trim down longer hairs. Even though it does have the side clippers. I would recommend trimming the hair down first if it is really long. The side clippers on the shaver head is not that great at trimming longer hairs. So brothers if you got a forest down there you gonna have to knock down the forest before getting rid of it. Once it’s knocked down it works really well. I used it on my whole body. Stomach, back and sensitive areas. Didn’t have any issues. You do need to be careful but for the most part no issues with getting caught in the blades. I don’t have too much back hair if any, the extension arm does help get to those areas. It does really make it easier to be able to do the dead yourself. Few things I don’t like is that it uses a USB power block that is not included in the box. So you will have to have one or order one yourself in order to even use it. It also didn’t come charged I had to charge for about 5 minutes. But once it was that thing did a solid 20-30 minutes on that charge. So just a few things but overall a very solid unit.

I have been through a couple of different trimmers and groomers. Most have left something to be desired for one reason or another. I have not found that yet with this one. I actually find that it may replace some other tools I have in my bathroom.
You get it thinking it may be good for the most advertised part of the name, and it does a fantastic and gentle job in that area. As we all may know, some areas may be sensitive. This leaves me feeling smooth and clean shave or trimmed, without burns, knicks or rashes that can be found with some grooming options. I think it is worth the price just for this alone.
That being said, the many other functions this offers, adds to its value and usefulness in my self grooming and hygiene regime. I have used it and like its performance as a hair trimmer. I have a regular set of clippers that I use to keep my hair trimmed short, but this thing is lighter, quieter, cuts clean and does a great hair trim job. It may replace my clippers entirely,
The other use I found is that it replaces the trimming option had been using to tame my hairy back. I had been using on of those back blades, which is awkward, bulky and scrapey. Is that a word?
The back blade didn't do a great gob, left my with scrapes or scratches and red marks. Put this unit in the handle they provide and its just like butter. Gives a clean and scrape and scratch free shave.
I had been not doing as much back grooming due to the poor results I had been getting. My grooming game is now regular, easy and pain free with this. I highly recommend trying it.

I’m not an overly hairy guy but I do take care to groom in areas that are a little more explicit let’s say.
First up this comes with everything you need, multiple shave heads for different body parts, a handle that folds so you can get your back if you have that issue, a bag, cleaning brush, charging stand and the groomer itself. You also get the manual with instructions
After getting everything out of the box and placing it to see what was what I decided to done the non man thing and read the instructions to make sure I was using the right heads. Well… I should have just the man thing and not bothered. The instructions are so poorly written, they really don’t seem to make a lot of sense. The structure of the instructions is bizarre, it’s kinda all over the place. Once you’ve got through that and finally figured what is what yourself you’ll be all good
I use this for my nether region, I’m a married man and the wife likes a well groomed area and I understand.
Using this is great, it’s doesn’t catch or pinch and does a really great job at what I use it for. I’ve had other that do pinch and boy that hurts, but I’ve had no such issue with this.
The one thing I don’t get in the charging port, it’s USB to Barrel connector, why not just make it usb C so I can carry one or two cables. Now when traveling I have to take this one cable that only fits this device and if it’s lost I have to buy a new one, not an issue for some but will be for others
Other than that it works great

I mean the name says it all

I mean the name describes what it can do and it can do what it says it can quite well. The body shaver head has an edge that cuts longer hair and then the center is the kind of head that can make it look like you don’t have hair after a few times over. That is the real key if you haven’t shaved your chest or whatnot in awhile is that a few times over at a slow pace to let the shaver do the work makes things to a lot more smoothly, when you go quickly it can pull your hair, though this one didn’t have that issue as much as other ones that I’ve used and it was really me doing it wrong that I could make it pull my hair at all.
There were three different heads, I’ve been happy with the shaver one and the 0 and 1 shaver head might be useful if I decide I can give myself a haircut in the future, but that isn’t my thing right now. The battery lasts through several shaves, and I love the little stand that comes with it that makes it easy to just set it on for it to charge. It also comes with a bag that everything fits in if you're storing it in a drawer or taking it with you.
