But our one blade came significantly damaged which made it u usable. Phillips indicated that normally they wouldnt replace the one blade even if it came defective. I had to explain that this arrived damaged and that they would have needed to cover.

Replaceable blades ensure these clippers won't end up in the trash can like all those I had previously because they got dull and atarted pulling beard hairs.

However this is phenomenal to use on your body and safe to use downstairs. Highly recommended for those looking for a multipurpose shaver.
