Great for cooking frozen items

I think I need to learn how to use this more

The first thing I 'fried' was broccoli using a panko coating. Oh my God, it was horrible. Okay, so I tossed it. Then I decided to fry pork chops. This wasn't too bad, but I think I put it on for too long. I made a mess, put it in the cabinet and haven't touched it for almost 2 months now. Bummer. I like the concept, I guess I need to learn more about it. The tray is somewhat small too.
