I did not ask for the subscription. I do not know how did i get it and I am being charged for it. Please do not give anybody such subscription without letting them know.

OMG this wasn't even worth the 1 dollar I spent on it.

Did not care for Philo. It was everything I already had. They need more

I have not made this purchase! Have no idea why it appears on my record of Best Buy Purchases. If someone has used my credit card to purchase this item he/she will soon hear from my attorney to answer to a summons of theft!

I cannot find enough content to justify another monthly subscription.

Subscription started as soon as I ordered it even though I did not download it or start the service. Best Buy could not extend the date so cancelled it. Missed seeing that news networks MSNBC & CNN were not included with Philo so went to Sling Blue & Orange.

Don’t get it through Best Buy. They started my subscription from the day I bought it and not when I activated it.

Do not buy this. You will get charged on whatever card you used to pay for this when the subscription is over. An it’s a big hassle to cancel it.

Have not used it I don’t know how. But I M being charged. I called Phillip and they never called me back. Said I don’t exist.

I don’t even know what this is?? I don’t remember paying for it or even being offered it at any time I the web or in person at the store.

It won’t ever allow to cast to TV, it’s only worked 3 times in a month. Just stick to sling

Just realized this was a promotion of an expensive tv i bought and i never got to use the product, very unhappy

Do not get this as a free one month add on to your TV unless you plan to actually use it. It will automatically be activated and automatically renews and is very inconvenient to cancel.

I told you to cancel this 3 months ago and instead you have charged me for 3 months after that date. This is tasteless.

Not sure how to review as I was not able to use, since the TV I was going to buy was bought, I could not use code or return.

Wasn’t impressed. I get more from what is included with the tv I purchased. Didn’t even complete the free month.
