It charges you if you return the item. Don't fall for it. Its a trap.

Philo is nowhere near as good as sling. The layout is lazy.

This company doesn’t deserve any stars, but 1 has to be selected in order to submit a review. This company charges you even after you cancel the free trial. I cancelled the same day and I was charged for 5 months before I knew it. I tried getting a refund since it clearly showed I had not accessed it since the day I started/cancelled it. Not only was my request denied but each conversation was disconnected before I had a chance to respond no matter how long I had to wait for them. This company takes advantage of people, knowing the economy now. They have horrible customer service, I recommend thinking twice before even clicking on the site or ads, even if it is through a well known company like Amazon or Facebook.

Installation was very easy and setting up the account was painless. The biggest issue is the amount of commercials. you get about 10 min of tv then 3 min of commercials(the amount of time changes each commercial, some more some less). Then you have to watch a series of commercials before you can fast forward tot he next episode. They say they have the same amount of commercials as watching it live, but that's not the case. They say what you DVR you can fast forward the commercials, so why can you do that with older episodes?? I could see the live stuff, but it everything and excessive. I canceled my subscription for this reason

It has good selection of shows. But for 25 bucks a month I still have a ton of commercial interruptions. It’s way overpriced in my opinion. Won’t be continuing service after one month of use.

Ive had philo for a while and it has all the channels i want, but the commercials!!! Omg the commercials are about 5 minutes long and are very frequent. I feel like im watching more ads than the actually show.

I would never recommend Philo. It is the worst streaming service I have ever used. You will spend almost as much time watching advertisements as your program. I have used FREE streaming services, such as Tubi and Peacock that did not have anywhere close to the amount of advertisements I have been subjected to on a service that I am paying for. Philo is worthless. If you any other option at all, take it and leave this garbage at the curb.

Toooo many commercials. Get any other streaming serivce.
