Philo is great for all members of the family because you can view anything you want to view from multiple devices and not have to purchase multiple subscriptions! I love Philo compared to other apps that are literally $1 per channel and in comparison, Philo x10 is the best and purchasing through the Best Buy website is so fast and easy and you can earn points when purchasing things through Best Buy, so why not, earn now and enjoy streaming the best of tv anywhere you go for as little as $25 a month for over 60 channels! Great channel lineup if I may add!!!

Philo is NOT a streaming on demand service, it is cable channels and includes an unlimited 1 year DVR. Many channels have full commercial skip on DVR and others you have to skip past commercials 10 seconds at a time. Philo is the BEST bang for your buck streaming cable if you are not into sports.

They should have a longer trial period hard to judge need more time to use on Roku device make it 14 days instead!

The content is decent, no news or sports allows for a lot of other good channels, the 2 stars is for the amount of commercials that philo has - you can get up to 4-5 minutes in some instances before it returns to the show/movie, 2-3 minutes is not uncommon. There are far better choices, a service like this one should be free at best.

Refused to honor their deal with T-Mobile customers. I literally got into a yelling match with them twice before I insisted on a three-way with T-Mobile, and even with T-Mobile on the phone, they STILL refused! I refuse to do business with a company that doesn't honor their own deals!

This is easily the worst streaming service I've used and I do not recommend. I literally kept it for access to the food network and HGTV and its not worth it. Half the time you open it, it's just a black screen. I'll be watching something and it will just exit itself out of the app and when I try to go back, it forces you to watch the commercials you've already watched to get back to live. It's not my internet because everything else works totally fine. Just don't do it!

We love Philo no issues cheap price for tons of channels. Only wish we could pay extra for sports like bally sports etc.

Definitely not worth $20-25 a month. The few channels you get aren’t really anything you’d watch on a regular basis. No local or sports channels. Their guide leaves a lot to be desired as well. There isn't an easy way to browse the video on-demand content either. I suggest you try the 7 day free trial before buying. Glad I did.
