I wouldn't know whether it actually disinfects since I don't have a way to check for germs. But it makes me feel like I did something.

I thought for the money I was spending on it it would at least make cool sounds have more buttons also the plug for it doesn't reach out far at all and I'm not sure if its just me but when I charge it while its sanitizing my phone charges slower than usual. Its ok and worth it if you can get it way cheaper so wait for a really food sale.

Long cleaning time

Thank you so much for reaching out! Our products have been tested and certified to sanitize all things plastic, metal, or glass to 99.99% ! I completely understand your frustrations! Our UV-c bulbs do need 10 minutes to sanitize effectively, but will turn off on their own, meaning you can charge and sanitize your unit overnight and your device will be ready in the morning!
We also have our PhoneSoap Pro unit, which sanitizes in half the time!

Not smart for today's devices

You place phone in and then a light is lit after some time. There is not indication your devices are cleaned, germ free, or anything. Perhaps a smarter product team would have team up with an app.

The Case of The Credit Card Chip Killer.

They both worked earlier that day then, after I sanitized them, they both stopped working. That is too much of a coincidence to not have been caused by Phone Soap.
