Thank you so much for reaching out! Our PhoneSoap Basic is designed to automatically turn off ater the 10 minute cycle, but does start a new 10 minute cycle when the lid is closed again. Our newer models including the PhoneSoap Pro and the HomeSoap do offer a Manual on/off option. The package had clearly been previously opened. The power adapter was loose and never held a good connection. Because of the loose connection, the power would go in and out in the middle of a cleaning cycle which caused the cycle to constantly restart. Returned item the next day. Complete waste of my time.

It’s a big paper weight. And what sucks even more for me is I bought two, one for me and my wife. And she seen hers and how cheap it is, she won’t even use hers. And I do t blame her. What a waste of money.

I am sorry that our units have not exceeded your needs we want you to be pleased with your purchase. We offer a lifetime warranty on the bulbs and a one-year warranty on the unit from the shipping date. If anything happens to your unit within the one year, we will send you a prepaid label to get it back to our warehouse and fix or replace it. Within 30 days of the ship date, you can return your unit for a refund. Outside that one year, we ask that you pay to ship it to our warehouse, and we will fix it or replace it and send it back to you at no cost. Please contact us directly, and we would be more than happy to assist you further.
