We returned this - never used it.

You can open the lid and sometimes it will go beyond 90 degree and the bottom part came off thus preventing it from closure. I will not recommend it.

This is likely one of the bigger scams of our time. I wouldn’t recommend getting this because of the uncertainty of it all.

WAS going to be a B-day gift for my mother... Disappointed in the quality control during the shipping process. Repeatedly I receive opened/returned/damaged items that were listed and purchased as "NEW." I despise having BB ship to my home. I will Edit and add more info once we actually test this product.

Anything made of these materials will be 99.99% sanitized. That being said, you can still put anything inside that isn’t wet (this is an electrical unit). It has bubbles in the paint and is made very cheaply. Not worth $50. Maybe $20. I didn’t even try it out. I do not recommend this.

I'm so sorry about this! This unit does have a plate at the bottom to protect the bulbs and keep them safe, but the plate is sturdy enough to hold the phone safely.
To ensure this unit is working correctly, the lightning bolt on top will illuminate with every cycle and turn off once the cycle is over. If this isn't working correctly, please reach out to our team at cs@phonesoap.com or to the original seller BestBuy for a replacement.
