good idea bad product and design

If problem is it doesn't have a start and stop button so every time you open it it turns on then you have to wait the full 10 minutes before it turns off. Then it just stopped working altogether. Returned before it was too late.

Phonesoap with no power

I called the company and was told they don’t make this model any more and I could buy a cord at Walmart. We’ll, no, Walmart didn’t have one that would work. I ordered a cord from Amazon

The UV-C light effectively destroys nucleic acids and breaks apart bacteria DNA. With their DNA broken, bacteria can’t function or reproduce, and the organisms die.
UV-C light can be harmful to the eyes, but in the PhoneSoap’s controlled environment, UV-C light effectively and safely sanitizes your cell phone, as well as anything else that fits inside.

I completely understand your concerns, and I would be happy to help! PhoneSoap has been tested against plastic, metal, and glass surfaces. Anything made of these materials will be 99.99% sanitized. That being said, you can still put anything inside that isn’t wet (this is an electrical unit). Many of our customers use their PhoneSoap products to sanitize their keys, jewelry, remotes, headphones, and more!
