Works as expected. All my phones fit to be sanitized.

I bought this product because I have recently been reading up on how our phones have the most germs on it. If you think about it, we take these everywhere. This product is quick and easy to use. It sets a timer that tells you when it is done. I also use it on my keys, smart pencil, watches, and any other small items. Pretty simple. Just open the lid, drop in your phone, close it, and in 10 minutes when indicator light goes off, remove phone. Simple. I guess it's doing the job, who knows. Remember seeing it on Shark Tank a long time ago and so grabbed it on a Deal of the Day

The Note20 ultra does fit into the phonesoap if you put your phone in without a case on. I have mine in an otterbox and it is too large to close the lid. It is too much of a hassle for me to remove the otterbox everytime I want to use the phonesoap. It may fit if you use a smaller case on the note20 ultra. If you plan on buying an otterbox or already use one, stay away from this product as it will not fit

I received a previously returned item. The light bar on top came broken which defeats the purpose of this UV sanitation. Because this was returned before, it came to me so taped up, that I had to destroy the box to open. At this point with $11 sale price, it wasn’t worth it to return to BB. I threw it in the garbage. But FYI to others given this great price.

After seeing a YouTube video on the effectiveness of UV light on a majority of bacteria and germs (not Covid yet) I'm convinced devices like this will clean your phone.

I use a sanitizing wipe on my phone every every days when needed, how do you this product is even doing anything besides taking your money? Do not bother its a pandemic gimmick.
