The bottom, inner light? was broke in the middle. We thought this was very odd because the box didn't have any damage. Who knows what happened on it's voyage here. I brought it back. I don't have time for this.

The UV lights no longer come on. It's too late to return because it's past 2 weeks. This is way too expensive for this to happen. Do NOT buy this or anything from Phonesoap!!!!

Thank you so much for reaching out! I'm so sorry about this issue! The UV-C light effectively destroys nucleic acids and breaks apart bacteria DNA. With their DNA broken, bacteria can’t function or reproduce, and the organisms die.
While UV-C light isn't able to wipe off the phone screen, the UV-C light effectively and safely sanitizes your cell phone, as well as anything else that fits inside.
