I had already seen this movie before and I saw it for sale in the steel book edition and ended up buying it and loving it like the first time I watched it. I didn't realize it came with two versions of the movie but on the extended version I noticed there was one thing added that wasn't in the original version which was interesting but didn't add much to the movie.

What can I say about this movie? I watched it about five years after it came out. I thought it must be overrated because I don't normally like the mainstream comedy movies but, after watching This Is The End, I became interested in Seth Rogen movies. Pineapple Express is hilarious. Don't expect Citizen Kane but if you want a slapstick comedy with some heart in it, this is a great pick.

Back in 2008 you wouldn't have thought that this comedy troupe which includes James Franco, Seth Rogen, Danny McBride, Evan Goldberg and David Gordon Green would have a string of hita and a long, lasting and very successful career with this type of stinger comedies but fast forward to 2016, and with Sausage party becoming their next hit, you know they're on to something special. Pineapple Express showcases many actors breaking out at the time and t this day, the film remains entertaining, funny and unique.

I have not laughed as hard as I did in a while. If you go into this movie expecting a captivating story, you will be dissappointed. But if you take it for the mindless comedy that it is, you will have a great time. The charachters are hilarious and work extremely well together. It is the type of mivie you can throw on when you want to relax and just have a great time.

Excellent film. Very amusing. Intentionally waited on Best Buy Steelbook edition to arrive to purchase and include in my film library. Best Buy should seriously offer Steelbook option for EVERY Blu-ray as this is the most durable casing any retailer offers. Best Buy: I will gladly pay more for STEELBOOKS, why are you not offering this for sale for EVERY Blu-ray?

Pineapple Express is a hilarious stoner/buddy comedy. The movie is a surprisingly deep meditation on friendship. Seth Rogen and James Franco make a great team, but it's Danny McBride that steals the show. The movie was shot on film and looks great on 4K. You can see the film grain in some scenes.

Pineapple express is the great comedy with yours truly James Franco and Seth Rogan. These guys are the perfect dynamic duo to make a wild adventure happen. A must see comedy if your into a good retro good vib feeling. You'll be going down Electric Avenue and love it!

I’m a huge fan of James Franco and Seth Rogen. They are so good in this movie. They collaborate so well it’s like they don’t even have to try that much. It just all natural and hilariously done. I would recommend this to anyone that enjoys comedies as much as I do

I just got this movie cause it has the cool cover and packaging ! Impulse buy at its finest ! It's like Chinese food ! After 30 minutes you gotta go and then you need more Chinese food ! Impulse buy cause Best Buy provides that environment to do so !

I bought this movie as a chance to increase my 4K library and because I love this film. While the film is hilarious and a must see for any fans of the genre, if you already have it on Blu Ray, or are trying to decide between 4K and standard Blu Ray, I'd say that the viewing experience isn't enhanced that much with the inclusion of 4K picture.

I have seen this movie before and one day husband and I were talking about it and I just had to buy it. After watching how funny and silly it was I had to ask myself why didn't we buy it sooner. These 2 actors are hilarious and we laughed through the whole movie.

This is one of the most crazy and funny movies I have ever seen. The actors are just perfect together....James Franco and Seth Rogan really have a great chemistry in all their films. If you want a great laugh, watch this.....

Pineapple Express was one of my favorite movies when i was younger. Danny McBride, Seth Roman AND James Franco ina movie together is just too good to pass up. So glad this movie has a steelbook (only found at bestbuy).

If you are reading this, chances are you already know how funny this movie is. I previously owned the DVD version of it, and the blu ray upgrade alone is worth it. However, the steelbook version is definitely a no brainer!

This is a classic comedy/stoner movie, and it delivers in the rated R fun. Definitely not for kids, and I especially enjoy the smoothly colored and designed Pop Art steelbook. Goes great in my collection.

This movie is hands down one of my favorite comedies. This is part of the Project Pop Art steelbook series. I love the cover art design which has a deep sea suit(?) with smoke coming out on a light blue matte finish.

This movie is quite funny and one of my favorites. My purchase price was $10 and it was well worth it. The PopArt series steelbooks are simply beautiful and this one is great. Came with a digital HD code as well.

This movie is fun to just watch and leave on. No Oscars being handed out here but fun to see a bunch of friends make a movie together. I barely prefer these pop art covers over regular blu-rays

Always like throwing on a little Rogen every now and again. I'm also liking these pop art steelbooks we're getting. I'm a sucker for that like blue art work. And at the price of 9.99, couldn't pass it up.
