    Took it out of the box and it was packaged good. Everything was included. Installed feet and plugged it in. It walked me through the setup process with no problems. It now works great!

    This tv was NOT fully checked for function & is NOT in EXCELLENT condition as was advertised-FRAUD by BEST BUY. TV randomly turns off by itself, intermittent sound but no picture, picture freezes, few times tv has not turned on after pushing power button.

    Over all I think its a good tv. In my opinion it could hang with the best of them. The only problem I have is that it has to work with access ports. Unfortunately, it doesn't have a cable coax attachment. Working as a maintenance guy in a nursing home is kind of impossible, all we have are cable ready
