No Mobile Casting signal

The mobile video casting does not work, it does not let off any signal for any of my mobile devices to detect. I understand I can connect an HDMI cable but what's the point of a smart tv with casting if it doesn't cast? It was also very frustrating that the CSR was unable to help with anything beyond suggesting I take it into BestBuy for repair. I have to unmount it & rebox it then take it to a BestBuy. Very frustrating TV. Will never purchase another pioneer tv again.

Screen Mirroring issues

The reason I bought this TV was to put it in my garage to screen share sports from my iphone. I've tried everything. Also the wifi is spotty. I show 2-3 bars and it constantly disconnects. I'm going to give it another go tomorrow but it I can't get it working it goes back to Best Buy for a refund.
