    I’ve had nothing problems with this model. I just wanted a small TV for the bedroom and this was definitely the wrong choice. I have another 32 inch TV of a different brand in the guest bedroom works like a charm best TV ever. The reason I’m leaving this Review is I’m actually shopping for another TV and this one’s going in the trashcan. If I had created this TV, I would’ve been embarrassed to offer such a subpar crappy product

    The WORST TV I Have Ever Owned

    I've had five new TVs in the last 15 years, and this one has been by FAR the worst. Picture quality is fine, sound is mediocre (it is very quiet), but it has been a temperamental piece of machinery since day one. Plug it in, hit power. Red light, no power. Sometimes you will have to hit power upwards of fifty times before it finally powers on. It forgets my WiFi EVERY DAY, so I have to manually log in. Very annoying. The most egregious fault is that it will falsely sense headphones being connected, causing the sound to stop. I have tried resetting sound settings, resetting the TV, turning it on and off, it takes forever to fix and it is extremely inconvenient. Again, the worst TV I have ever owned by a huge margin. I genuinely want to sell it and get another, even at double the price, it would be worth it to be rid of the headache.

    I ordered this in Feb 2025. It is June 14 today. I use it for karaoke shows. It's having a problem making a connection. I wanted to just exchange it. Best Buy said no. Now after5 months i have to go buy a new t.v.

    Overall, it is a decent TV but the XumoTV is trash. It doesn't allow the user to download apps. Only the preloaded apps are available.

    The TV was cheaply made it wouldn't connect it had trouble loading the apps it had trouble connecting to the internet and it was slow navigating

    Keeps freezing/ locking up weekly

    The picture was awesome out of the box and I loved the tv. After 4 months it started freezing and locking up. The Tv would not respond to any buttons on the remote, or the power button below the screen. I tried pressing and holding the button with no charge. You have to unplug the tv for at least 5 minutes.

    My new TV for my daughter was delivered today. I unpack it, wall mount it, and logged into 6 streaming apps. Everything was working fine. The TV was turned off, and when we went back to watch it again, it would not turn on again. I unplugged it, plugged back in, and nothing. Had to go out of my way to return the TV to a store. Save yourself the headache and spend a little more to get a better product. Buy the way the TV is not even made by pioneer electronics.

    Don't Buy Open Box

    I purchases this item open box, excellent condition. From reading the information on Best Buy's website, it appeared that I would be receiving the device in original (or close to original) packaging with all of the related items (remote, etc.) Whenever I received this item, it was poorly wrapped in bubble wrap with a label stuck on the front; luckily the item itself wasn't damaged. Additionally, it came with no remote, I called and the employee confirmed that this should have came with one. Unfortunately, I'm having to return this item because it's unusable without a remote and I've already sunk too much money into trying to find one that works with it. I would stay away from buying open box just due to the poor packaging and missing items.

    Unable to Stay Connected to Wifi

    The TV was in the same room as my wireless router and the TV kept losing the wifi connection. All other devices I own that can connect to wifi had no problems connecting.

    Tv doesn't make it easy to make cable as the primary source. Bought early Feb and died mid July. No long would power on . Would not recommend
