Wish it would’ve been good

Menu images were perfectly fine, apps were unusable. Weirdest thing. Returned for a different product. Probably a one-off, i’ll never know.

That’s incredibly disappointing especially when it was meant to be a Christmas gift for your son. While Best Buy handles returns and replacements, we want every Pioneer customer to feel supported.

Picked up this full HD t.v. on sale for $99. I bought it for our bedroom. Unit has a good clear picture. It’s already setup with Roku so I could eliminate the usb Roku. My only complaints are that some of the apps were pixelated. Looked up the issue and they said to restart the t.v. so I did. It seemed to fix the issue. The other issue is the speakers. It sound like I was listening through a red solo cup. It seems like this is a common issue with budget models. However, I decided to pick up the Insignia 20” sound bar from Best Buy. It had very good reviews so for $25 on sale, I gave it a shot. Not disappointed at all. Very satisfied. It hooked up to the TVs HDMI ARC port. I control it with the TV volume. I love that feature. It sounds great for bedroom and pairs well with the TV. Added some led lights to the back of the TV and used the usb port to power. Now I have an upgrade TV watching experience. Pioneer has been a trusted brand for years. Best Buy’s Insignia brand is also a great product! The 2 combined is a great deal!! Thank you Best Buy!!!!

Since the feet on that one were so hard to install & I didn’t think I could remove them, I figured I’ll just use that one in my office. I bought the Pioneer because I’ve had a Roku TV in the past. This one is worlds better than the Samsung: it starts up right away and connects to my subscription quickly. The menus are clear & intuitive, and the picture is crisp, clear, & with perfect color. I’m so glad I bought this TV!
