    It had a pretty good picture, but it kept "buffering" every few minutes, after we had it a couple of days. We brought it back and spent $50 more on a TCL 40" TV, which has a brighter picture and so far has not given us any trouble.

    TV broke less than a month old.

    The purchase is nothing but a disaster for me. The tv stopped turning on less a month after the purchase. Best Buy return widow is only two weeks, so I am relying on the factory to repair. Pioneer provided me a RA to Best Buy to drop off the tv to be returned to factory at no charge supposedly, buy BB want to collect $50 from me. I will trash this trash before I spent anymore money on it.

    the legs were faulty even after being tightened. The tv fell from my mantle and the power cable was permanently bent.

    Tv doesnt function correctly software crashes frequently and restarts the tv there is no fix for this issue beware

    Bought this tv as an open box item. Told by associate it was tested and worked fine. Took home and the tv wouldn’t or couldn’t find the WiFi the rest of the house was on. Remote was missing batteries and the feet for the tv were missing the screws. We returned it.
