The salesman was very polite and willingly went to back room to find this 40 inch Pioneer Roku TV instead of trying to talk me into another brand for same price which was out on the floor.

It was very reasonably priced and in stock at her local store. My intent was to buy her a non-smart TV as she was pretty overwhelmed with her last smart TV however they are surprisingly difficult to find. I decided the next best route was a Roku TV as they are relatively intuitive. She seems to be able to navigate things so so far so good!

The packaging was great and protected the contents very well. Once opened, a quick setup and a few sound and picture options change and all worked fine. Good picture and sound quality. Couldn't be happier with the picture quality, great picture from all viewing angles doesn't fade when you're off to the side. For the price that we got this TV it was a great deal.

Son loved it, but then he knocked it over cleaning and tossed it into the yard not knowing I had a plan on it. So bye bye christmas tv. But i would definitely recommend purchasing it.
