Volume setting stuck on headphones.

Everything worked great except, when you wwnt to adjust the volume, headphone's would appear in the volume icon. But no heaphones was connected to the tv. This happened several times. Factory reset the tv and it still happened. Ended up returning the product.

Stuck headphones settings

Trouble loading HDMI from my satellite. Now every day my speaker settings is stuck on headphones. No headphones ever connected to this TV. Change settings back to TV speaker still no sound. If you leave the TV on sound usually returned in about 45 minutes. Appointments 5/10/25 for tech check & replacement. I also have purchased a Pioneer Xumo 55 inch TV 6 months ago, No issues to report. Don't like having to return TV if replaced & new TV correctly i will be happy. Overall ratings will improve.
