This was a welcome surprise as I didn't even realize Pioneer had made its way back to the flat panel market.

Nice picture but always turns on to the internet service not the cable. If you use the internet then it’s great

TV is great except every time you turn it on it goes to Amazon Prime Video. If I want to use my Amazon Prime Video. I will choose so myself.

Not impressed. It defaults to fire tv each time it is turned on. We have it connected to Dishtv and do not want to press 3 or 4 buttons to get off of Fire and to Dish. It does have good picture.

Our third Fire TV, replacing a two-year old 43er. Pioneer is a bit more pricey than Amazon, but their claims sounded better. Every thing * * * * * so far and Best Buys Help and Environment * * * * * as well.

This TV works great. Glad we went with this brand and gave it a shot. TV works great in our garage gym.

Excellent TV but the remote burns through batteries like crazy. To make batteries last more than a day I had to order a non bluetooth remote from Amazon.

This would have been a decent TV for the price, but the “open box-excellent” description was very inaccurate. Screen had a dime size area of dead pixels, no owners manual/quick start guide, a well worn remote, etc. There are also no HDMI 2.1 inputs, which other TV’s in this range do have and I didn’t get any of the free 3 month music subscriptions or an Echo Pop! The biggest deal breaker for me is the lack of a gaming mode. I highly suggest a different brand. I went with Toshiba and am very happy with that one.

Needed a new TV for my PS5 - so I could use it while my wife was watching Television. This TV works great for PS5. Simple install. Once I wake up my PS5 - it automatically turns on my TV and changes the channel input to the PS5.

Best Buy tv purchase was great price for a great quality product . Item was ready for pick up and did not have any delay when I went to pick it up . Last that helped me was very friendly and courteous and thanked me for my purchase .

It's been a great TV so far but sometimes the volume doesn't work you have to turn the TV off for a while and hope that the volume works for the most part it's about 99%

Besides the difficulty of getting the tv out of the box and taking some time getting the initial software/firmware update, there is no other complaints. Good color and picture quality.

I like this TV a lot. I’m all about having the best and decided to go lower end to challenge the idea of not being able to tell the difference and honestly ~ you can’t. Glad I saved a boat load of money

Pretty fast, good built in speakers. Happy I went with this rather than a Roku tv or TCL

Everything was fine at first. Easy setup, downloaded apps with no problem, worked fine with my satellite tv, had great picture and sound quality, and everything was going smoothly. Then the tv started overheating just past the return limit date. (It figures...) I kept getting an on-screen message that said the device was running at a high temperature. A tech (who was a very nice man named Pete) came to my house. He took off the back of the tv and tightened a loose metal plate that he said would stop it from getting too hot. After he put the back of the tv back on, I left the tv on for awhile. It seemed to me that it was still running hot. I turned the tv off. When I went to watch it a couple of hours later, there was no sound, either for the tv or the Dish DVR that I have it hooked up to. I've watched all kinds of videos, and have contacted Pioneer, Amazon and Best Buy several times to try to get the problems corrected, but all to no avail. I either need to get e refund or a replacement tv, but who knows what will happen there? Needless to say, I am NOT a satisfied customer!

Awesome 4k tv full of features. We use it in our bedroom and its perfect in every way!
