    The sound just quit 2 days after getting it, but then started working the following day. Its a middle of the road TV, like dead center. Bought it on sale 189.00, not worth the 329.00 retail price.

    It wasn’t what I expected but it did have that cool feature where it paused live tv. But the picture was not great at all. So we returned it. It was the a very pale picture. So we are now looking at a higher Vizio or Samsung or LG. Which we had an LG before and it’s been great

    TV is fine but I cannot get it to accept my cable. It is in my bedroom so the antenna channels are fine. If you do not have cable- it is a good tv.

    I guess I was expecting more after reading all the great reviews, but this tv is lacking 4k clarity and sharpness. Tweaked the settings using the 4k Spears & Munsil UHD HDR Benchmark (UHD Blu-ray Disc) with some improvement, but not 4k quality. Plus when you bring up the picture settings, it blurs and takes up 1/2 the screen making any fine tuning pattern/color pattern difficult to adjust. What did I expect from a $300 4k? Not much, but the reviews must be skewed because they are not true. Should have bought the LG for $20 more.

    I was disappointed to find that there were several problems with this Pioneer TV. The picture control was not working and the HDMI inputs did not work properly。It was almost impossible to access the picture control to adjust the brightness and contrast, or even to change the presets like natural, vivid, and theater. Only the HDMI 1 seemed to be working sometimes when I plug my Roku stick in. The other two HDMI inputs did not work at all. I did not expect a such as low quality product from Pionneer. It seemed like there was zero quality control when they rushed this TV line to the market. I had to return it and Best Buy customer service was excellent.

      For each HDMI port separate different picture settings to allow more flexibility for different devices (ie. Roku/PS5/XBOX etc..), so when you change a new HDMI port, please using remote middle bottom side have setting key->Picture->to tune contrast/backlight/brightness etc.. BBY-ExBrand_Best_Buy_Pioneer

    Lots of issues with this TV. First the big one. The HDMI ports didn't work on mine, right out of the box. These things happen though so I'll speak more about the bigger issues. The TV has very little in the way of a settings menu. You can get some basic picture and sound changes but can't set any sort of off time other than a sleep timer. You can't name the HDMI ports so people will know what they are connecting to and many more QOL things that would really make it stand out. For a "smart TV" these should be a no brainer. Additionally, the menu and navigation is VERY slow. Waiting multiple seconds for the selector (cursor) to move. Many of the apps need restarted two or three times before they work.

      TV turn on default at home menu, if you would like keep last input source(i.e. HDMI) ,try the Power On feature, when enabled, the TV turns on displaying the last used input. To activate it, go Home > Settings > Display & Sounds > Power On and select Last Input.

      (4)If still not work ,please go settings-> about to do factory reset(but all users setting will be missed).
      (5)After factory reset,if your remote not work,Try this: Press and hold at the same time for 12 seconds the following 3 buttons: DPAD-left, back and menu (≡). Then, to pair again the remote press and hold the Home Button for about a minute.

    This tv needs improvement. If you're looking for a slow uploading tv this is it. Light weight but cheaply made.

    I received this 43 inch open box in "Excellent " condition Pioneer tv. It never came with the power supply plug, remote or screws for the stand. Im not even sure if it works.

    This TV looked and worked great right out of the box. Unfortunately, after a few days it got stuck in a constant re-starting loop and none of the troubleshooting I could find online or through product support worked. I had to return it for a replacement in less than 2 weeks.

    Inexpensive TV nice picture but sound cuts on and off. Bought the TV in December used it very little at the beginning of March 2022 the sound started turning off. The only fix I can find is actually unplugging the TV set and restarting it.

    4k content is lower resolution with fire tv

    FIRE TV is horrible. The tv has a setting to check the resolution a video is playing at. I use xfinity, netflix, prime and others. With every streaming service which delivers 4k content. I can see it and the fire tv reports it when the resolution is checked that it is playing below 2160p. Sometimes 480p, or 720p, or 1080p. Their support documents say the connection could be slow. I have xfinity gigabit service, easily delivering over 100Mps to the tv via wifi. I connected a 4k roku to the tv and the roku plays 2160p contect correctly. Don't know if this is typical of all fire tv devices. But this fire tv streaming device gets an "F". If i could give it 0 stars I would.
