Great when it wants to work

Frequently will not load content and freezes loading Netflix and multiple other apps. The internal U.I is buggy and laggy and not what I expected from a Pioneer branded product definitely not happy with my purchase.

Software loss on me

No Power Cord- Charged for a Replacement!

Lousy as a computer monitor

Unfortunately, it doesn't come close. Low brightness and poor angle visibility and just poor crispness (and yes, I did fiddle with the picture parameters). I would return it but I only discovered it after the two week return period ended. So I am stuck with it.

Unstable product

Stopped working

It will also randomly freeze or not load the home screen.

1. Unplug your fire TV and wait 60 seconds.
2. Press and hold the left button, menu button and back button at the same time. Hold them for 12 seconds.
3. Release the buttons and wait 5 seconds.
4. Remove the batteries from your remote.
5. lug in your fire TV and wait for 60 seconds.
6. Put the batteries back in your remote.
7. Press the home button.
When the LED indicator blinks blue, your remote is paired successfully. If its not paired, press the home button for 10 seconds.

Difficulties loading

While using the volume button, I clicked it twice, and the volume of the tv went to 100 without being able to control it. Freezes constantly.

Don’t buy

After picking it up and installing it I discovered the cable tv channels had a glitch. The apps and Netflix, etc worked ok so I assumed it was cable issues. I called the Best Buy help line and inquired how to return/exchange just in case it was a tv issue. Well now most of the apps don’t work either, I discovered it wasn’t a cable issue, it was a tv issue. Sure enough, it’s too late to return. I’ve had it for 5 weeks and it is not operational, save your money.

Dont buy

This was a backup, so i fiqured , with the deal i got on iy, i could live with restarting periodically. The picture went out 2 dats after purchasinfg and did not return

Don't be tricked when its a open box!

No screws for the legs. no remote and the bottom screws look like they have been removed and not screwed back in correctly. This unit is not even in "SATISFACTORY" condition. Then I ask to talk to a supervisor and get hung up on. Never going to shop @ Best Buy again. Were done!
