    Horrible. Used the TV once and returned it when it didn’t function the second day I tried to use it. Terrible!!!

    Pioneer fire TV was purchase 8/13 and stop working 9/6 The TV has no sound. I check my account to see when it could be return and the date was 8/27. Twenty-four day return policy. REALLY

    I purchased this tv March 18, 2023, for my bedroom. I barely watched it but the audio goes out completely. They only way to get it back is to unplug it for 5 minutes or so. Store warranty ended April 2nd.

    Not really what I expected. The brand Pioneer was iffy from the beginning. Took a chance knowing that it was on clearance, almost half off online only. Nevertheless, not worth it!

    I should had did more research. Didn't know a Fire tv would not allow Google/Android products to cast them. It does not support dual Bluetooth audio. It's Linux Based. In my opinion it was a bad choice.

      Yes, Fire TV support Cast feature, using prime video as example, follow below steps to cast to Fire TV.
      1. Turn on your TV. Make sure both your TV and your phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
      2. Confirm that you’re signed-in to Fire TV and your mobile app with the same Amazon account.
      3. Tap on the “Cast” icon. You’ll find the button on the top-right corner on your mobile device.
      4. Select your Fire TV device.
      5. You’ll see a "Ready to Cast" screen appear on your TV when you’re connected.

      For Apple phone, except Cast feature, Fire TV also support airplay:
      1. Go to Settings on your Fire TV Smart TV.
      2. Select Display and Sounds.
      3. Select Airplay & HomeKit.

    Showing screen artifacts when playing videos after only a few months of use. Dark or black colors are washed out and difficult to distinguish content.

      (1)To make sure you have the latest firmware version, go Home > Settings > Device&Software > About > Check for system update.
      (2)If still not work ,please go settings-> about to do factory reset(but all users setting will be missed).
      (3)After factory reset,if your remote not work,Try this: Press and hold at the same time for 12 seconds the following 3 buttons: DPAD-left, back and menu (≡). Then, to pair again the remote press and hold the Home Button for about a minute.
      (4)If you need personalized assistance please call 1 (855) 527-2411 available from 8 am to 9 pm CT everyday. BBY-ExBrand_Best_Buy_Pioneer

    You get what you pay for. Always buffering, always an error. Had to hook up my Raku from my previous TV.

      (1) Go to app store to find any wifi speed test app to make sure your internet performance is good enough? For 4K contents at least wifi need 25 M above.

    Apps from Unknown Sources on Firetv is not supported and there is no way to find out until you call Pioneer

    It has no DVR feature to use with Live TV. If you don't need one, it's fine.
