Rather pay full price for a TCL Class 5 - that has the best screen for the price. Not very bright and also too bright - Difficult to set the picture right - I find myself in settings all the time.

Sound but no picture!

I purchased a 2yr warranty but obviously it's too late! I'll look into getting tv repaired but probably cheaper and save time by buying another tv.

43 inch pioneer fire TV

You could try go to seetings -> Picture -> adjust brightness, contrast and backlight, or try advance setting -> dynamic contrast

Unusable - Requires Restart Every Time

We have to turn it on and restart it every time to use Hulu, Netflix, etc., not to mention that it freezes frequently. The picture and sound are good but it’s infuriating to have a NEW tv be so slow and unusable.

Works well enough on a budget

My specific unit has terrible coil whine, audible from nearly 2ft away! The image and sound quality is okay for an off-brand. I wouldn't use this as a main TV.

Bad quality, bad customer service

Say that she opened it and we set up it was glitching and screen blacking out, very defective. Called Best Buy and they wouldn't help me because it was just over 15 day return window. Very difficult getting in touch with the manufacturer. Beware of the quality and shadiness.... might just be done with Best Buy (and this brand) after this time suck!

Great until it's not

I've owned for 8 months. I cannot recommend this model. Will update review after I contact manufacturer. Guess I'm lucky it's still under warranty.

Dark Screen of Death

Lasts all of 2 Months a waste of money

Missing wires and remote
