    12/27/2025 Both tvs were return back to best buy as of 1/5/2026 they have nit returned my full refund for the 2 tvs nir do they have any update messages about my refund ? BestBuy this is bad customer service business, GIVE ME MY FULL REFUND...I RETURN THE 2 TV IN ORIGINAL CONDITION , I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSSINESS....

    It crackles from the speakers. The very 1st night straight out the box we started experiencing this.

    After purchasing this TV from Best Buy, I brought it home, set up my apps, and discovered a crackling noise in the right speaker, so I ended up taking it back to the store. I can’t say whether this is a known issue with this TV or an isolated incident, but they need to improve their quality assurance process.
