Picture and sound quality is pretty good. Navigating the app screen isn't as user-friendly as Roku but it's not too bad. My only issue is that you can only pair one remote at a time and finding a spare official remote is looking to be impossible. Still haven't found one.

I didn't like that it tried to get me to sign up for some service.... It's just a TV. I don't know, maybe that's normal now. I didn't end up signing up and can still watch the show on Amazon that I bought it for.

The only complaint I have is there is no app store. The apps are preloaded, so if you have a subscription to something that isn’t loaded you can’t get it. For instance I have MGM but since it’s not preloaded the only way I can get it is to use a fire stick in one of the HDMI ports.

Good TV but !

The only problem I have with this TV is the Xumo. It has hundred preloaded apps but some I wanted are not included. Xumo has no App store so I have to use a Fire Stick to get the ones I want.
