Almost perfect. Never had Roku but got use to it. No RCA outputs for headphones like I thought were there.

Pretty good tv for the price, I use it in my living room, no problems so far.

Unfortunately I have had issues connecting to WiFi and the TV says that the wireless MAC:WiFi hardware is missing. I have tried rebooting, resetting and updating the TV and Network Settings but to no avail. It worked great for 2 weeks but then stopped connecting to Wifi. There were no issues with the picture quality or sound awhile it worked. I will be returning it.

Great television with nice features and easy setup,

First they canceled my order. No explanation. Got the order to go through and waited like a week to get it. Broken fresh out the box. Screen was incredibly damage. The return process took about a month. Best Buy wouldn’t let me return on the website so I had to sit for an hour on hold just to be told they couldn’t do anything until the next day. Called the next day, they said they would schedule someone to come pick it up. Told them I would be out of town so they said I would be able to schedule a return. Never was able to schedule a return and when I got back in town I saw a note left on my door about it from fedex. Nothing in my email from following up or about this from Best Buy so I called fedex. That was a whole other pain. Turns out no pick up was actively scheduled. Finally scheduled one and got rid of the TV. Im not buying a TV from Best Buy ever again.

Pink line across the screen haven’t had the tv for even 30 days yet! Barely even watched it for over an hour

The picture is great and setup was a breeze. The price was fantastic! The only problem I have with the tv is the sound is not great. It sounds good, but you need to turn it up to 50+ to hear it good. This isn't a huge deal, but literally every other TV I have owned I would have the sound in the 20s to 30s. My only fear is that I will fine a streaming app that I won't be able to hear good even when I turn the sound all the way up.

Upgraded from 43 inch to 50 and I'm very happy with the quality of the new TV. Perfect size for the size of my living room. Very easy set up and beautiful picture with very good color and sharpness. Price was very affordable and much cheaper than anywhere else.

The TV is lightweight and has been very easy to use. It was a great choice for us and fit our wall mount without any issues. The picture quality is good, and the sound quality is also impressive.

I recently purchased this TV and I’m very happy with it. The quality of the visuals are very vibrant and well-luminated. The sound is excellent and it’s a perfect size for functionality and experience. There’s little to no lag and the remote is simple to use. It’s overall a great TV for the price and I would definitely recommend!

This is a very good TV. I went to Best Buy for a different TV that was advertised for sale. the other TV was a little larger and was about $20 more, but it was sold out at the location that I was at. Rather than driving to another store, I asked the salesman if they had anything similiar for about the same price. ( I did not need a new TV, I just wanted to upgrade from a 36" for a spare bedroom). He pointed me to this TV. It actually worked out better because the size is perfect for my use. Great TV, great price and friendly salesman. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

I recently purchased the Pioneer 50" Class LED 4K UHD Smart Roku TV from Best Buy, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The picture quality is sharp and vibrant, the Roku interface is incredibly easy to use, and setup took only a few minutes. Streaming apps work smoothly, and the sound and overall performance have exceeded my expectations for the price. This TV offers excellent value, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable smart TV.

I bought this Pioneer 4K TV recently for a friend needing to replace his old, failing HDTV. We immediately saw how much improved the colors and resolution appeared. Setup was easy and we mounted the TV on a floor stand with shelves. The built-in Roku feature allowed us to replace his external Roku box making fewer cables necessary. He uses a sound bar with this TV but the built-in speakers are OK for starting out. We got the TV on a bargain sale price with just the minimum 1-year warranty. I hope the TV lasts a long time but also feel this is priced to simply be replaced when it does wear out. His old HDTV had cost 7 times what he paid for this modern one!
