The price was unbeatable and the tv made me enjoy watching my shows again! My old tv from somewhere random was so frustrating and hard to use. But this made my decision final when it comes to Roku being my favorite tv type. And Best Buy made it an easy choice having the best price and the pickup option!

First, the service at Best Buy was unsurpassed. I ordered online and got free delivery with a window for delivery. The young man delivering the TV was kind enough to walk it into the living room. Unboxing was a little difficult for me (78 yo) but mounting the legs and putting the TV in place was easy to do. It has built in Roku and I have been replacing my settop boxes with Roku sticks for a couple of months ( one time charge of $15 vs $18 month for Spectrum set top) So it was basically plug hit home select Spectrum app and watch. The only downside (and fatal flaw) was the size. My wife watched one show on the TV and pronounced it too small a screen (50") for a large room and too far away from the seating area for her comfort. I reboxed the TV, returned it to Best Buy, purchased a 58" samsung and set delivery up for tomorrow. I will miss that TV.

TV works and looks great. Super light weight and worry free for wall mounting

I bought this Pioneer 4K TV recently for a friend needing to replace his old, failing HDTV. We immediately saw how much improved the colors and resolution appeared. Setup was easy and we mounted the TV on a floor stand with shelves. The built-in Roku feature allowed us to replace his external Roku box making fewer cables necessary. He uses a sound bar with this TV but the built-in speakers are OK for starting out. We got the TV on a bargain sale price with just the minimum 1-year warranty. I hope the TV lasts a long time but also feel this is priced to simply be replaced when it does wear out. His old HDTV had cost 7 times what he paid for this modern one!

Great product great picture easy to use good sound

I love this TV! Picture quality is great and I love that it has the Roku built in! It’s user friendly and I can’t recommend it enough!

Literally can’t beat the deal I got on this tv. Bought it during a sale for less than $200 brand new and it surpasses the $800 Vizio I got that was supposed to be made for gaming. Great performance, responsive and amazing picture quality. You won’t be able to find a cheaper tv that works as well as this.

Bought this after my cat knocked over my other tv. This tv is good. Only 2 complaint the speakers aren’t that great. With my old tv I could have it at 25 and it was loud enough. I have to turn it up to almost 60. Also the closed caption keeps stopping randomly while watching shows. I watch tv on Plutotv a lot and it will play and then stop I have to cut the tv off and turn it back on for it to work.

I love my tv this is my first time ever having a smart TV and I can honestly say that this is the best purchase that I have ever made and I will definitely do it again. I can see everything so clearly the sound is amazing. The visuals are everything and I really just love this TV.

This TV looks nice, thin, and lightweight, yet its display quality is not great. Easy to set up, it works smoothly with its built-in Roku, Google Chromecast, and Xfinity Plex box. I love the RCA connection because I can hook up my older devices.

This set has a very good picture & was an excellent price. To me it has the quality of a higher end tv for what I paid for it. Sound could be much better, but no tv has really decent sound. Extremely impressed & very happy with purchase.
