    Picture is washed out. Too bright and unpleasant for watching. I tried everything to adjust it but it doesn’t work.

    I bought an tv that was “open box”. I never thought it would come in as bad as it did. There was cat hair on the back of the tv and cat paw prints on the screen. One of the screws for the legs were missing and there was a little kids drawing on the foam holding the tv in the box. All those things could have over looked but after putting it all together and hooking everything up the tv wouldn’t pick up the wifi in the house so we returned it.
