    Im very frustrated with this tv with multiples problems since got it but I try to keep just getting worse. The tv is simply don’t getting internet connection for everything I write say try again so I can’t use plus the remote is completely broken and let say if you press input just change channels. The tv has 0 volume, can’t connect to internet or cable. It’s completely garbage because I bought this in January 2025 and now is May I don’t have option for customer service or to return because its obviously late.

    Few months old, has done nothing but sit on a tv stand and has nothing but pixel issues with discoloration and lines. Sound is weird will be quiet on hulu and you have to turn it up passed 50 to hear it but on Netflix 15 is a comfortable volume. Super inconsistent.

    Fair. I don’t use smart functions, so I knocked off 2 stars for that. TV is slow to start, but very quick to jump to last used device , such as a dvd player , etc. And getting it to switch to the OTA antenna is a real pain. Other than that , it’s an ok set . One thing I did like was the Mute button for the sound. It mutes All outputs , not just the tvs sound. Since I use the optical out , that was a real plus.

    Even though my first TV was lost, Best Buy did everything they could to make up for it and they were so professional throughout the process. The investigation was thoroughly investigated and in a time efficient manner!

    This was a great buy. Sales person said it won’t last long. For the inexpensive price I took my chances. So far so good.

    Worst tv. Keeps disconnecting from WiFi and to download new software, you need to go on a computer and download it onto a blank usb then connect the usb to the TV
