JUNK, broke after 6 months!

I have this in a guest room so it has had very little use and its only 6 months old. Now I have to contact Pioneer to see what they will do. So disappointing. Pioneer used to be a good TV brand.

Missing screws

The screws for the base are missing preventing the tv from standing. Just a huge inconvenience considering Pioneer will not send screws. Too much of an inconvenience to return the tv and i didnt want a 10.00 Best Buy gift card. Disappointed with Best Buy because i have their Total Connect/Geek service I pay extra for and they couldnt source the screws.

Dont buy opened box..its a scam

They could not help, no refund or exchange, said the time frame had expired..it was a 2 week time frame..makes no sense

Losing connection to wifi each time you turn it off then also the pixels havr issues for the 1st 30-40 minutes of it being on.

It must be frustrating to constantly deal with losing connection to wifi and experiencing pixel issues for the first 30-40 minutes of use. Bad tv

Poor customer service

Luckily I was able to reject the package after it arrived 5 days late and am waiting for a refund. Could take up to a minth to process. Won’t go back

Dead on delivery no & Bestbuy compensation

I required the unit by Jan 4, and the best replacement was an hour drive of Jan 9 delivery. Bestbuy didn't offer any compensation for the inconvenience of unpacking, setting up, "desetting" up, repackaging and having to take the defective unit to a UPS store.

poor shipping & service.

Excellent value for the price!

However, I was extremely pleasantly surprised with the picture quality and surprisingly decent speakers. One thing to note however, for the price point of this TV be built-in smart features are extremely slow. They have to cut cost somewhere. If you're looking for a TV that has HDR support and 4K resolution. This is an exceedingly good choice for a bedroom or guest room TV. It does not have a whole lot of inputs, so plan accordingly. My suggestion to get the most of this TV is to also pick up a dedicated streaming device for streaming or to use a video game console or computer. Just don't rely on the onboard smart features to carry you very far. My last additional note, upon first setup I would recommend using a wired ethernet connection if it is available in order to apply an update that the TV needs. After that I would not bother hooking the TV to an internet source after updating. I would just check very occasionally to see if there's updates once every 6 months or so.

Excellent Choice for Budget Concious

For the money this had all the boxes checked for me, in this age of “disposable” televisions, including a reputable brand, with ease of setup and use. Hopefully this will last a little longer.

The cost is affordable and the picture and audio are pretty decent. However, I'd recommend getting a firestick, Chromecast, Roku type device for using streaming services. The Wi-Fi signal is iffy at best, with minimal options for organizing and uninstalling apps, it gets frustrating. I would buy it again, but not for it's "smart" TV features.

Fastest experience setting up a new TV

I have had brand loyalty to one particular TV brand for years and wanted to try something different. Could not be happier as the TV quality is the same (my wife thinks it is better) as the TVs i have bought for more money and it was super convenient that the bolts on the back of the TV were already there so it took me no time to swap out the TV i had mounted on the wall with the Pioneer. It also was super fast to set up Xumo account and then use QR codes to load my apps (moved the apps I use most to the front of the row). Super seamless and I have a brand new 50 inch TV on my wall for under $300. Wish i did this sooner. Tried to load a picture but Best Buy site wasn't letting me.
