This TV has truly elevated the look and functionality of my office. The added brightness and sharpness make the display stand out, and patients consistently comment on how clear and vibrant the images appear. The large screen size allows me to show patients their X-rays in detail, which enhances communication and understanding during consultations. Pros: Low cost Decent picture and audio Lightweight Thin bezel around screen Cons: Xumi software is terrible Wi-Fi connection is sub par Videos will freeze occasionally Conclusion: For a TV it's fine. The cost is affordable and the picture and audio are pretty decent. However, I'd recommend getting a firestick, Chromecast, Roku type device for using streaming services. The Wi-Fi signal is iffy at best, with minimal options for organizing and uninstalling apps, it gets frustrating. I would buy it again, but not for it's "smart" TV features.

I ordered the TV and the website said it would be delivered in a few days but it not only got here safe and sound they actually sent an email right after i ordered that it would get here early (and it did). I have had brand loyalty to one particular TV brand for years and wanted to try something different. Could not be happier as the TV quality is the same (my wife thinks it is better) as the TVs i have bought for more money and it was super convenient that the bolts on the back of the TV were already there so it took me no time to swap out the TV i had mounted on the wall with the Pioneer. It also was super fast to set up Xumo account and then use QR codes to load my apps (moved the apps I use most to the front of the row). Super seamless and I have a brand new 50 inch TV on my wall for under $300. Wish i did this sooner. Tried to load a picture but Best Buy site wasn't letting me.

I bought this TV for my garage, i was going to purchase another brand smaller size which cost $50 more, then while scrolling down saw this tv bigger than the other tv i had eyes on, 50" smart tv for $199.00, i had to try it. So far so good, easy set up, great picture even with hd antenna for local channels

Overall this is a good tv for the price Some negatives - HDMI ports could be easier to get to - the app can be a little sluggish sometimes Good picture and couldn't beat a 50" 4k screen for under $200!

A really nice TV for the price. I had a 50” insignia 4k fire TV that lasted exactly a year. Turned it on one day and the backlight burnt out. I bought this Pioneer TV to hold me over til I could purchase a more expensive TV. The picture is great for movies and video games and works well with my sound system. That being said, besides the operating system and it having the pioneer name, and a different remote.. it’s the same exact tv as my insignia fire tv. If this one makes it past the 2 year mark I will be surprised due to it being the same tv. No issues with it so far, the remote is good and less easy to lose. Picture quality is good. Best to turn brightness and back light to 50% to extend life of your TV.

The picture is great but the volume is not the best. Only problem so far 2 months in, will definitely need a sound bar.

Bought this on a "Deal of the Day" promotion and it unfortunately had a dead pixel on arrival. I returned the product and decided to just go with the 55in QLED Insignia because I realized I could fit a larger size anyway. I paid $150 and the picture quality was very solid for the value. Remote responsiveness was quite slow. At this product's current $200 I would probably recommend just paying a little extra for the 55in QLED, but if the prices work out to be significantly different or you can only fit 50in, this is a solid choice.

What I Love (Pros) Exceptional Picture Quality for the Price: The 4K Ultra HD resolution is incredibly sharp, and the inclusion of Dolby Vision and HDR10 makes colors vivid and contrast impressive, especially considering the TV's price/affordability. Easy and Smart Platform (Xumo TV): The Xumo operating system is very fast/intuitive/simple. I really like the voice remote/universal search/My List feature for finding content across different apps and the access to 300+ free streaming channels. Great Value: You get a lot of features—4K, HDR, a 50-inch screen, and a modern smart platform—at a very competitive price point. The TV was easy to set up and the slim design looks great in my bedroom.

Very happy with this TV. We purchased it on sale. Not knowing a lot about it, I was hesitant, but pleasantly surprised. Its very light, and easy to mount. Ready to go, right out of the box. Excellent picture with a good sound quality. We were able to hook it up to our sound bar using Bluetooth. (1-less cable) Very happy with this purchase.

This TV has a great picture. The sound quality is superb. It’s so lightweight. It easily hangs on the wall. I like how it is as well manageable

This tv has good quality screen, screen size, and you can also watch several apps you can watch any of you’re favorite channels and tv shows, etc. I would HIGHLY reccommend this to anyone thats on a budget looking for somethkng New!

This TV is actually really good. The speakers are loud. The TV is light and easy to mount & for the price & size compared to more “well known name brands” I think it competes well! The tv is also super user friendly. The setup was easy and simple I was watching my tv within 10 - 15 minutes

Excellent TV, great price point and value. This TV came ready to go, plug and play, with more preloaded channels & outlets than you could watch for free in 5 years. A lot of times you don’t get what you pay for these days, this tv. Along with the Best Buy guarantee will save you money!

The TV delivers impressive video quality and sound, since its Dolby featured. However, it lacks performance like its not very responsive, taking around 10 seconds for tasks like turning on the TV or opening an app and while you wait the TV turns black. Then since its powered by xumo TV you cant download any apps like Roku or any other smart TV, because all the apps you “need” are already download. Despite the lack of performance the Black Friday deal made it a satisfying purchase but by experience I wouldn't have paid full price, i woulve just bought a TCL thats powered by fire TV (alexa) or Hisense smart TV that has Roku.

TV delivers the performance one would expect in this price tier and the type of technology is used to build this one. The trouble was TV wouldn’t connect to the internet over Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable out of the box. After spending a few hours, I realized a manual TV update was update was needed to fix this problem. Went to https://www.xumo.com/usb-update to download the latest TV or Xumo update to make it functional again. It seem to connect fileml

This TV we bought for our daughter for Christmas and she absolutely loves it. It was definitely an upgrade from her small 40 inch TV. She loves all the apps are on there it’s easy to navigate. The color is great and the sound quality is 10 out of 10 as well!
