Bought this on a "Deal of the Day" promotion and it unfortunately had a dead pixel on arrival. I returned the product and decided to just go with the 55in QLED Insignia because I realized I could fit a larger size anyway. I paid $150 and the picture quality was very solid for the value. Remote responsiveness was quite slow. At this product's current $200 I would probably recommend just paying a little extra for the 55in QLED, but if the prices work out to be significantly different or you can only fit 50in, this is a solid choice.

I bought this TV for my garage, i was going to purchase another brand smaller size which cost $50 more, then while scrolling down saw this tv bigger than the other tv i had eyes on, 50" smart tv for $199.00, i had to try it. So far so good, easy set up, great picture even with hd antenna for local channels

A really nice TV for the price. I had a 50” insignia 4k fire TV that lasted exactly a year. Turned it on one day and the backlight burnt out. I bought this Pioneer TV to hold me over til I could purchase a more expensive TV. The picture is great for movies and video games and works well with my sound system. That being said, besides the operating system and it having the pioneer name, and a different remote.. it’s the same exact tv as my insignia fire tv. If this one makes it past the 2 year mark I will be surprised due to it being the same tv. No issues with it so far, the remote is good and less easy to lose. Picture quality is good. Best to turn brightness and back light to 50% to extend life of your TV.

The picture is great but the volume is not the best. Only problem so far 2 months in, will definitely need a sound bar.

Very happy with this TV. We purchased it on sale. Not knowing a lot about it, I was hesitant, but pleasantly surprised. Its very light, and easy to mount. Ready to go, right out of the box. Excellent picture with a good sound quality. We were able to hook it up to our sound bar using Bluetooth. (1-less cable) Very happy with this purchase.

This tv has good quality screen, screen size, and you can also watch several apps you can watch any of you’re favorite channels and tv shows, etc. I would HIGHLY reccommend this to anyone thats on a budget looking for somethkng New!

TV delivers the performance one would expect in this price tier and the type of technology is used to build this one. The trouble was TV wouldn’t connect to the internet over Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable out of the box. After spending a few hours, I realized a manual TV update was update was needed to fix this problem. Went to https://www.xumo.com/usb-update to download the latest TV or Xumo update to make it functional again. It seem to connect fileml

Excellent TV, great price point and value. This TV came ready to go, plug and play, with more preloaded channels & outlets than you could watch for free in 5 years. A lot of times you don’t get what you pay for these days, this tv. Along with the Best Buy guarantee will save you money!

This TV is actually really good. The speakers are loud. The TV is light and easy to mount & for the price & size compared to more “well known name brands” I think it competes well! The tv is also super user friendly. The setup was easy and simple I was watching my tv within 10 - 15 minutes

I've purchased 2 of these, Pioneer - 50" Class LED 4K UHD Smart Xumo TV Model: PN50-751-24U SKU: 6543648 * both the same size, one is almost 3 years old and the other is very recent, I've been very excited and happy with them both. Many family members, as well as friends have complimented them for their quality, as well as their very fair price. Their easy setup and seamless integration with other devices and services, Both Pioneer and Best Buy have really out did themselves as well as their competitors. Proving they care about their customers and their wishes for a fair price product, along with quality. Creating repeat customers, not only have I purchased 2 these 50" Pioneer Smart Tv's, in less than 3 years, I also purchased a third one a 17" Pioneer smart tv. for a childs bedroom. If you're considering upcoming purchasing a new tv, give Pioneer and Best Buy a shot,

The TV delivers impressive video quality and sound, since its Dolby featured. However, it lacks performance like its not very responsive, taking around 10 seconds for tasks like turning on the TV or opening an app and while you wait the TV turns black. Then since its powered by xumo TV you cant download any apps like Roku or any other smart TV, because all the apps you “need” are already download. Despite the lack of performance the Black Friday deal made it a satisfying purchase but by experience I wouldn't have paid full price, i woulve just bought a TCL thats powered by fire TV (alexa) or Hisense smart TV that has Roku.

This TV as an incredible deal. Especially if you’re looking for a extra TV for a bedroom or other seating area. Its a lightweight good quality picture and sound for a low cost. Comes with built in apps and screen sharing capability.

First, the TV is great. I'm not expecting a reference quality picture in this price range, but this TV delivers an outstanding picture. I was worried at first because the menu screen is not very sharp, but that seems to be a XUMO problem - more on that to come. When connected to an NVIDIA Shield TV, the menu screens are crisp and vivid. The remote is a good size and has lots of useful shortcuts. The downside to the TV is the XUMO operating system. I knew going in that a few apps I normally use weren't available on XUMO (Shudder, MoviesAnywhere, and HDHomerun) but I didn't know that Plex is utterly useless on XUMO. Their version of the app does not connect to the Plex Media Server, meaning you can't use the main thing Plex is used for. Additionally, I planned to just cast those unsupported apps from my phone, however XUMO doesn't truly support casting. It is only capable of casting from apps that exist in its ecosystem - except Plex, where it doesn't accept casting. So you can't cast from MoviesAnywhere or from a browser tab at all, for example. Lastly, the TV doesn't support CEC over HDMI, so not only do I need to use a separate smart box to get the apps I regularly use, I also need to use two remotes because the TV can't accept power commands from the external box or control the external box with its own remote. If XUMO fixes casting, adds CEC, and fixes Plex, this would be a five star TV. I probably can't fault XUMO for the missing apps, but those would be icing on the cake and make this the only TV I would buy in the future.

This TV we bought for our daughter for Christmas and she absolutely loves it. It was definitely an upgrade from her small 40 inch TV. She loves all the apps are on there it’s easy to navigate. The color is great and the sound quality is 10 out of 10 as well!

Great image. Easy set up. Hooking it up to internet, Bluetooth and streaming services was easy peasy.

A full month of having purchased this TV I'm overall satisfied for its price but that's to also come with issues. For a TV this cheap it's surprising to see it display 4k but its hyperdependency on the remote and how slow hovering over the service that comes with the TV are overwhelming cons. I personally have ran into the problem where the TV will keep muting and unmuting itself then after that was resolved now the TV won't fully get turned off unless I have it unplugged. It's a TV I'd recommend for if you need something cheap and don't plan to have it long term but overall it isn't fully a steal for the customer unless you already have a streaming device and just aren't willing to spend any more than this TV's price.

The price of the TV is good, picture quality is good, but I wish you could search for additional apps as the tv comes with preloaded apps and does not allow you to search for others. If I had known that I might not have purchased the tv. If you do not care about what apps are available, it is very good tv for the price.

I couldn’t be happier with the Pioneer 50" Class LED 4K UHD Smart Xumo TV! The price is unbeatable for the quality you get. I’ve been using it for both PC work and TV, and it works wonderfully for both. The 4K picture is sharp and vibrant, and the smart features are super easy to navigate. For anyone looking for a great bang-for-your-buck TV, this one is definitely worth considering. It’s perfect for multitasking with work and enjoying entertainment, all at an amazing price!
