    Connectivity Issues / Persistent Offline Error

    Consistent connectivity issues from day 1. Offline error repeatedly appears on screen. Resetting doesn’t help. I have a stable business class wifi connection and no other devices experience any issues. Connectivity issues cause screen to pause and video/audio to misalign. Contact support and received a replacement. Replacement does the same thing with the addition of exiting apps and power cycling. Sound also seems lower than expected, but that alone wouldn’t have been cause for concern. Taking TV back to exchange for an entirely different brand.

    This tv has a clear picture, just what I needed. Just in time for my favorite sports and late night news. It was easy hook up and minor adjustments needed to get the perfect clarity and focus. I am enjoying my purchase. I'm thinking making a second purchase. I will be recommending this television to my friends and family. Will definitely be perfect timing for football season and game night for the guys. The sound and quality is great.

    Wasn’t sure about this brand of product(I usually only buy LG or Samsung) but after reading the reviews I’m glad I purchased this for my kids room! Great quality picture for the price and does its job! It even came with a speak in universal remote which is a plus for the kiddos! I will be purchasing one for my daughter in the future!

    When I first bought this TV, I was a little confused because I'm used to Fire TV. However, once I made myself familiar with the functions and features of the TV, the confusion went away. Picture and sound qualities are great. Price is also very reasonable.

    I really like this TV. It has bluetooth with no lag. It has dolby vision. Hdr looks good. Its not heavy. 4k and if I put my xbox series x in hdmi mode it will play games in 120hz 1080p mode. The only two things it doesnt seem to have is 120hz 4k mode and freesync. But I dont get screen tearing with it on the series X at all. I only paid 170 somthing dollars for it on black friday for a 50 inch 4k smart tv. Im really enjoying it. Thanks for the good deal. And I got the 5 year geek squad warranty for a few bucks more. Im happy.
