It takes about 10 second to turn on after pressing the power button, which is very annoying. The menus seem clunky and poorly designed. If you use it for OTA TV there is no way to edit the channel list. There is a program guide for OTA but it is hard to get to and confusing to navigate once there. I got this TV to replace a bedroom TV which is not used regularly or it would definitely be going back. I have bought off brand TVs that were much better designed than this one. I can't believe Pioneer allowed their name on this product.

Just with technology it’s harder for them to follow through. All of the screens. TV is not like it used to be. Great picture though

However, I was able to exchange it and I am now enjoying my new TV. Customer services sucked though. I was taking questions and the cashier at customer service wasn't very engaging. I didn't know whether to take the TV, wait for him to do something else, like scan it, take my information, or issue a new receipt. I should always be aware of the steps. Especially when I ask; a customer should never be ignored when they are tending to an issue.

Decent for the price

It doesn't have a store to download more apps so all you get is what it comes with. Had to attach a Firestick to it to get additional apps (Fubo for example)

It's slow, so don't expect to zip through menus or apps quickly. The quality of the picture is solid and for the size was a good price. If you want good audio, pair it with a sound bar or sound system and forget the speakers.
