    I had a great experience. My first tv was delivered cracked. I called and they corrected the problem immediately. TV has great picture and sound.

    Picture is good for the price. Use it in the kitchen so picture isn't the most important. OS is a little slow, but do like Xumo since it does have the Spectrum app. Other than Roku, hard to find OS that has Spectrum.

    Tv picture was nice. Software is annoyingly slow. The TV only powered on for 1 day. Day two it was dead. Tried resetting and leaving unplugged for more than 60 seconds. Tried holding the power button in for it to reset. Returned to the local store for a refund. Got a TCL for about $70 more. Much better TV in my opinion and it turns on.
