Concerning Issues to Be Aware Of

So far set up was easy, sound works perfectly and can volume is powerful when increased. All of my favorite apps work with the exception of STARZ. I contacted xumo and was told I have to cancel my subscription and sign up with them I replied “absolutely not’! Customers will have to pay Xumo 9.99 a month for STARZ via Xumo, still don’t understand why but Netflix, Hulu, You Tube, MAX and Showtime Anytime no log in issues on existing account. I tried to check for updates under device settings and the message states “update manually - download the latest update onto a USB drive and install it on your TV” . This definitely sucks in 2023 heading into 2024. I’m not certain if I will keep this TV but I wanted a cheap TV under 200 as I paid over $300 for a Samsung 50’ Smart TV at Best Buy which lasted a year and half before 1/2 the screen blurred. Samsung did replace the screen and the same issues occurred a few months later. I know you get what you pay for but wanted to put the issues I’ve experienced out there.
