    Picture is fine, sound is average. Unfortunately this tv is built with apple play integrated so good luck screen mirroring any of your samsung or android devices. Its OS is also incredibly slow, despite being connected to fiber optic internet via ethernet cable. I got it on sale for 100 or so off, if it werent on sale id have returned it

    Was very excited at the prospect of snagging a modern day Pioneer brand TV! Unboxed and got it set up... I was impressed by both the picture and sound quality; was superior to similar competitor products in my opinion. Unfortunately, the TV I received was defective; with either a faulty coax jack or a non-functioning tuner. Streaming apps and HDMI ports worked, but the TV would not recognize the antenna input nor pick-up/program cable channels to watch live TV. I attempted to troubleshoot the issue myself first, unsuccessfully. Ended up engaging with Pioneer Customer Care. They were friendly and attempted multiple troubleshoots as well, but were ultimately unsuccessful in resolving. Ended up having to return the defective TV, without an offer of replacement. Disappointed.

      Thank you for your review comments. This TV does support tuning television channels from an attached antenna but does not include tuning capability for Cable TV. We will consider adding this feature to the TV with a future software update. BBY-ExBrand_Best_Buy_Pioneer
