Not that I want to watch local but for me I live in an apartment complex that utilizes a local channel so that we can see who is ringing our buzzer. The channel is a camera of the front entrance of our apartment building. I cannot get that channel any longer with this TV and for that, I pretty much hate this TV lol

However, i purchase this item because i have 2 others that have given me much satisfaction. It is a value and good product. The only down side is certain apps cant be downloaded to this TV and have to hookup my Roku.
