    Bought it in September 2024 and it’s always having issues connecting to the internet. It shows that the internet is connected but it won’t play any apps. It’ll stop working several times during a show. Today it hasn’t worked at all. None of our other devices have any problems with the internet. Not pleased with this tv at all.

    "Great value for the price, but a major flaw makes it hard to recommend. If the remote stops working, there’s no way to navigate the menu, adjust the volume, or access settings because syncing a new remote requires menu access. It’s a frustrating chicken-and-egg situation with no workaround. Unfortunately, this oversight ruins the experience and explains the low cost. I wouldn’t buy it again for this reason."
