It was listed as "open box, excellent". Upon arrival, there was no TV feet for the TV. So how can one stand it up? They are in a rental, they can't mount it to the wall. I called Best Buy and they said to return it. She lives an hour from the closest Best Buy. That's my only option per BB. She has it propped up in styrofoam so she can watch it. The feet are about $25 if purchased, which makes the open box price a lot higher than if bought new. TV has nice color and she likes it, but ridiculous someone marked this TV to be sold as excellent condition. It used to be worth it to purchase open box items from BB, but whomever is checking the returns and listing them in categories for resale decided to take an eternal nap and not do their job. This is the third time something like this has happened to me, so I won't buy open box anymore. You can't trust the condition it is listed as. I live two hours from the nearest BB, so very disappointing. She loves the TV itself though.
