Love the tv , had to upgrade to new surround

Purchsed a HDMI convertor but it still would not work . I spent 3 hours trying every setting possible . had to purchase new surround system that works great .

Box is deceiving

It's my fault tho, TV works well and clarity is good, sound just ok needs sound bar I guess.
