We love the entire Pirates of the Caribeaan series!

More action and even more at stake, longer duration but worth it

Not a r ally good way to end the pirates adventure. There is another one but not with the whole cast. Not that great

I bought this because I thought it was the three disc version of the movie including the DVD. It wasn't and had to return it.

Not very good. I was saddened by this film. i couldn't get into it

Pirates of the Caribbean At World's End is deffinatly the best movie ever made!!!, and the reason I am saying that is not only because of the storyline of the movie or because the actors and actresses or but, the reason I'm saying this is the best movie yet is the potc trilogy is because of the fact that jack sparrow servives through all the things he goes through in this movie and of course also because the special effects in the movie and fact that there is gonna be a pirates of the caribbean 4: the fountain of youth that comes out to theaters in the summer of 2009 or 2010 !!!. I'll bet all of you who read this review from me didn't even know that theres gonna be a fouth movie in the trilogy!, didn't you?. Wel thanks to me now you know!!! =).

This review is from the DVD of the film so my review below is not only on the film but the 2 disc "special edition" DVD package The last film of the series (maybe) is my least favorite. Not as fun as the first two films. How many spoilers does 1 want here? Killing off multiple characters (will not say which here not to spoil the surprise to someone who has not watched the film yet) except to say 1 character brought into this film alone & with the notable actor playing the part gets killed off what half way through the film. Badly done Disney. WAY too many characters to keep track of. I did enjoy, like in the 1st film, the lines taken from the Disneyland attraction. Ok, the problems with the DVD package:1. Those HORRIBLE, little flip open plastic cases I hate these things!!! 2. Disney giving away spoilers INSIDE THE DVD PACKAGE!! I did not get to see the film in the theater, so when I bought the DVD & saw the packaging/inserts inside 1 of them gave away plot points. Disney, you should know better than that. 3. Limited edition? Ha ha, available until 9-30-08

Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End was a great ending to a great trilogy of movies. The battle for control of the seas reaches its climax as Jack Sparrow is ultimately rescued from his fate in Davy Jones' locker. The pirate lords from across the world unite to take down the forecs of the East India Trading Company, and what a battle it is! The scenery was phenomenal, so realistic! The effects were top notch...everything from exploding cannons to high-stakes swordplay. And of course, Johnny Depp as Jack Sparrow was simply a riot! The only problem I had with the movie was the way it ended. Without spoiling it, all I will say is that it leaves you hanging a bit... you're definitely left wanting more, which is a good or bad thing depending on how you choose to view it. Still, I really enjoyed this movie, and I watch it quite a bit.

I thought this series was fantastic, all of them equally enjoyable and well made. The actors did an exceptional job in playing their parts well and harmoniously so that no one was upstaged. That is a rarity these days; it seems like in every movie there is one main character and a few supporting characters, but in this movie it felt like Jack, Will, Elizabeth, Barbossa, Davy Jones, Tia Dalma, and Sao Fang were all main characters with equally interesting story lines that intertwined like magic. The only thing I wish could be changed was the ending. It wasn't horrible, but there was a happier ending that could have been.

Since I happened to LOVE the first two movies in this trilogy, I anticipated a great #3 and wasn't disappointed. For one, I think Johnny Depp does a wonderful job playing Jack Sparrow. He's funny, charismatic and charming all the while he's stealing everything you own! And of course we cannot forget the rest of the cast that make this third installment a feast for the senses. Not only are the special effect fascinating but the characters come alive with the help of great acting. If you can't tell, I absolutely would recommend this movie! :)

This movie was a great movie i seen it 3x in theathers with friends and family it is great for both and nice for a you and your wife/girlfriend to enjoy over some pizza as a date night i would like you to believe that this movie has a really nice plot and story line . It was never boring like you want to nod off you keep up with it the whole time u cant miss this one pick up the first and the second if you already haven't cause u cant see this one with out them you would be lost but they are worth it

I bought this dvd so we can watch this movie again and again and it was great. Lots of comedy and action that made me burst. If you want to complete the whole movie series of Pirates of The Carribean,I really recommend you getting this one because it's the one to buy and i really loved this movie.

This is the best of the Pirates Caribbean movie trilogy and i hope they make Pirates Caribbean 4 and 3 is the best and one more thing if you buy a lot of disney movies join Disney movie rewards you can get a lot of free Disney merchandise you enter the code from disney dvd or in theater mail your ticket stub and start getting Disney free Merchandise today

Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End was a great movie with in my opinion a bad ending. If you have seen the first two movies you need to watch this one to really finish things up for you. Although I won't spoil anything but there is much left unfinished. Depp is phenomenal as Captain Jack Sparrow and really fleshes things out even more. If you haven't seen any of the other movies I recommend at least watching the first.

This is the so-called final chapter of the Pirates of the Carribean saga. This is one that you must see and if you have not seen the first two, I do not recommend that you see this untill you have seen The Curse of the Black Pearl and Dead Man's Chest! All in all an excellent movie that just leaves you astonished.

I've been about five times to see this in the theater and I love it even more each time. The half-hour climax in the maelstrom is one of the most memorable climaxes I've ever seen. The effects of the water and the intensity of the battle...Everyone's funny in it. I'd go on to say it's one of my favorite movies ever.

For the price, this movie is worth purchasing, especially if you're a, "Pirate's," Fan. Entertaining, filled with great action scenes, superb animation, and of course, Johnny Depp; it's definitely an entertaining movie. Best Buy has the BEST PRICE I've seen for this movie, compared to other retailers. So if you want an entertaining movie, at a GREAT PRICE, this is the one to buy!

Overall the movie was very good. As long as the movie was, they seemed to rush some plot points in the movie mainly with the kraken. Also it just seemed so long of a movie that I could someone easily fall asleep and miss out on a great ending. Johnny Depp is Capt. Sparrow and he was great and everyone else played their part to tee. Good movie to watch every now and again.

Disney's Pirates of the Caribbean is a Great Storyline. At World's End was just icing on the cake to a great Trilogy. The movie Brings back the entire cast including one villian from the First movie. It is a good mixture of Adventure & Comedy. Johnny Depp, once again, delivers a great Captain Jack Sparrow. I would highly recommend this Movie to anyone.

It's hard to get a double and even harder to get a triple out of a series. I would have to say that the second pirates movie was probably my favorite. This one is pretty good but I'll probably wait for it to drop in price. If you liked either of the first two movies you will like this one. It's not great but it's not a huge disappointment either.
