This was an okay movie, but if I could do it again I don't think I would have bought it.

Well, I bought the movie so I guess I liked it. Digital copy is always a plus because most of the time I don't even use the Blu-Ray disk but it is nice to have a physical copy just incase the digital world crashes. Haven't watched it yet, but I've liked all of the POTC so I don't expect anything less.

Watched this on 4K which was one of my first owned.( Part of the reason I enjoyed the movie was the clarity.) Never made it to the movie theater to see so I bought it since I am a fan of the other pirates movies. I think this stays in line and was an ok story. I enjoyed it. This one goes back to the original trilogy. Still think the first one is the best.

The steelbook has really good embossing and debossing on it. Im not giving it a 5 out of 5 stars because the movie isn't that great. It's definitely one of my least favorite POTC movies. I'd still get it for the steelbook if it's on sale. Not for the full price though.

I have all of the other movies in the Pirates of the Caribbean series and wanted to add this one as well. I like the fact that it includes the digital copy so that I can watch it directly from my AppleTV or any of my Apple devices and not even have to worry about taking the Blu-ray out of the case.

Well, not a whole lot to review here. The product works as intended.. can't go wrong with blu-ray. Best Buy offers the best steelbook options, and while its more money and arguably not worth it to some, I have 7 kids, and I love the steelbooks because they are far less likely to jack up the cases. Worth buying. Best Pirates Movie since the 1st one, IMO

I'm a hardcore steelbook collector and I was on the fence to get this at Best Buy or a different collectible edition from another store. That is until I saw this in person. Looks fantastic, glossy with a debossed effect, it's absolutely worth the purchase and a great addition to any collection!

Not as good as the previews made it out to be or I was expecting but still a great watch and to own movie. It fits in nicely with the others but has a different feel. Disappointed they did not continue where they left off with the hidden scene at the end of 4 with Angelic and the voodoo doll.

If you're one of the people that thought this series sucked after the first one, this one won't change your mind. If you love this series with all its faults, like me, you'll still enjoy this new adventure. There's some annoyances like how it messes with continuity, but if you can overlook that, you'll find another great pirate movie here.

Another installment in the Pirates movie line. If you've seen any of the others, you pretty much know what to expect. I like the movie series, but I think it's time to move on or at least get rid of Jack Sparrow. Overall a decent movie. I really like the design of the Steelbook that came with this version. The skull was a nice touch.

This is another great installment in the Pirates of the Caribbean movie series. Javier Bardem does a great job as a really creepy Captain Salazar, the pirate-hating Spanish commander - one of the best of the 'villains' in this movie franchise. Good story line mixed with a bit of fun.

Not the best one but I still love the series Hope the next one is better

Johnny Depp May not only have one character in his repertoire, but as Captain Jack Sparrow he nails it! The simple portrayal of a pirate may elude some, but Depp pulls out another gem as the captain of the Black Pearl. Many of the original favorites play a part once again.

This was typical of the Pirates of the Caribbean movies. It really feels like you're trying to revive the series with new actors, pass the torch to the younger crowd. But overall was not a bad movie. The visual effects are what you expect of a big Hollywood Pirates of the Caribbean movie. Storyline not horrible could use some work.

This is the final Pirates movie and it is a fitting end to the franchise. Johnny Depp once again does an over the top performance of Jack Sparrow. It was also nice to have Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightly reprising their roles.

Good movie. Not as great as the fist three movies. However, still loved it! Johnny Depp will live forever as this character. Need to bring back some of the old characters. Good action! Steelbook packaging. A great experience!

Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow is always a joy to watch. Great mix of comedy, adventure and action that appeals to the whole family. This movie went back to the roots of the series and concentrated on the characters and their legacies. The CGI is the most mesmerizing piece of treasure throughout the film. Almost life-like.

Whatever your thoughts about a movie- great or awful. Whether you've already seen it or not. Perhaps its just rotten. A good Steelbook cover on the packaging is always a great item. Like the Jim Lee Batman v Superman, this cover is exceptional. Great color and design. I haven't opened mine, yet and don't plan to anytime soon.

Fun adventure film that follows the same formula as the other films, but still manages to seem fresh. Great wrap up to the series, ..hopefully this was the last one because they end things on a good note.

We've been watching the pirates series and this was the last one we were missing. He wanted to test out the difference of 4k vs Blu Ray. Definitely noticed a difference in sound, only occasionally noticed picture quality difference depending on the scene type. (We recently upgraded our home theatre system.)
