Whoops... didn't look when I reviewed one of the others- thought it was the first. This was a good start to the series. Slow at points, but it picked up. Overall, I'd watch this one over and over.

I would say this one it's long enough, the other ones are the same boring stories, on and on, and end up outta of nothing, just to keep on squeezing the story, Classic Disney Gritty.

I have this movie on DVD. I wanted an upgrade. 4k is the best format that I've seen so far. I love Disney movies!

I’m really disappointed with the 4K UHD Blu-Ray (with Dolby Atmos) version of Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl. I agree with everyone else who has reviewed this version of the movie. It really does appear that the picture was simply upscaled to 4K and I see some of the artificial noise reduction that others were talking about. The Dolby Atmos track was a major letdown. I compared it to the streamable version on Disney+ and aside from certain sounds not being sent to the Atmos speakers, it’s basically the same video and sound quality. In summary, the 4K UHD Blu-Ray version is not worth adding to the Blu-Ray collection.

Maybe the best of the series (definitely better than the second movie). Plot is original and great special effects. Not so great - a growing trend in purchasing Blu-rays and DVDs: (unnoticeable) cracked cases. We need to look for replacement cases.

me and my family love these movies. gonna binge watch all the movies since we bought all of them. when the new came out. because they had al the movies on sale. couldn't resist.

Best Pirate movie ever!! Gore Verbinski adventure telling is amazing!! Johnny Depp should have won best actor for his portrayal as Captain Jack Sparrow, Awesome movie and the best in the series.

Good print, watched it many times due to its clarity . And best price for blueray movies. I did get many of the movies to watch it along with my kids. On the whole good watch on this. Thank you !

takes me back to my days as a kid visiting Disneyworld with my family and friends. loved, and still do, the Pirates ride. Visuals are awesome and in BluRay even more so.

This movie has a great story line. It's funny and also serious. Good variety of actors and a long movie which I like. It kept me watching. Hands down one of the best movies

This has been my favorite movie for years. Johnny Depp makes this film. The first one is definitely the best of the four. It's got a good plot to keep you interested, and it's fun for the whole family.

This was the best in the series so far. Buy the movie the streaming quality is just not as good.

The story that started off a great film series incredible visuals and great story telling and performances make this movie a must have.
