PITBOSS DOESN'T SUPPORT THEIR PRODUCTS

I contacted Pit Boss customer support and they stated since the damage did not affect the functionality of the grill, they would not replace the part. Worst service response I have ever seen. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Good grill only one hot area

Don't understand why maybe a hot a spot area. I never use over medium high. I only use pit boss tools designed for the grill to clean
