Not impressed

You get what you pay for and I definitely learned my lesson with this purchase. Worked for roughly 2 prints then blinked with error message saying paper jam. Cleared the paper jam and took the rest out but couldn’t clear the message. I’m a total tech support member so I’m supposed to receive online or phone support among a host of other items. After 4hrs and 3 techs nothing and had to bring the printer back. Returned it for an HP and works perfect.

Expensive Subscription that I Didn't Need
