efficient process

Canon TR4720

The problem I have is that it does set-up process thru a cell phone app. When I do it manually it does not recognize that it was already done and it request for my internet password again and again. So I have to turn it off and hope that when I turn it back on the screen will state "copy", instead of requesting to "complete set-up ". Also it is a very cheaply made printer.
