I have no problems with the workmanship or the item, but I think it is pricey. I needed something fast so I had to spend the money right then, but I am sure I could have gotten something just as functional for much less if I had the time to shop around.

Did not give much protection as far as cushion. It is just storage.

I bought this for travel and in the first day the zipper ripped and there were tears in the fabric. This is cheaply made with styrofoam like stuffing. I returned the case.

Smells like mdew didn't return it because I sprayed it with febreze to get the smell to go away. Still trying. But it still smells

Picked up by the handle when I took it from the package and the stitching fell apart.

My teenage son chose this case for his laptop. After daily use to and from school, the handle was detached within 5 months. We re-stitched the handle and reinforced it. The case lasted another 4 months and had a rip (around the handle) and the handle came loose again. Nice case, but not sturdy enough for heavy duty usage. We had to replace the case after 9 months with something else.

Did not last one semester. Zipper broke. Cheap zipper.

Its to small to hold the plug in for the computer.

The material is great, slim overall but thick enough to protect a laptop. I've dropped mine while in this sleeve, no issues whatsoever. The pockets are slim enough to put in a mouse and the power adapter on one side, with documents (about 10 sheets max) folded in half on the other side. The only minor defect is that the fake leather covering on the zipper tags comes off. To be precise it peels off over time. Wish it was a real leather tag.

Does not fit a small macbook pro laptop, too much wiggle room.

This case is so good. It is super padded so I never worry about my laptop but it is still slim enough to fit in a lap. So sleek and I love the handle.

This product works great. Well up to my expectations.

It is very misleading to say this fits up to a 14" laptop. It is 13.25" wide, so it does NOT fit a 14" laptop. The dimensions and the description of this bag do not match, so the description needs to be changed. I am very disappointed because this is a quality bag that unfortaunately is not what it says in the title.
